Despite 100 degree weather, our roofers are covering the central spire with new solid copper shingles. These shingles sit over a waterproof and heatproof membrane and over a wooden decking. The engineers from Executive Exteriors designed the roof to last for decades.

Next steps include placing a new cross atop the spire, removing the upper scaffolding, removing the beams that support the spire’s scaffolding, removing the lower scaffolding, and blessing the entire building.
